Our digital gift cards are delivered by email and include simple instructions for redeeming them online at checkout. You can send the gift card directly to the recipient, include a personal message and choose the date you would like it delivered—perfect for birthdays, Christmas, housewarmings, weddings, thank-you gifts and other special occasions.

$15 standard flat rate and orders over $250 will receive free shipping Australia wide. Express post is available via Auspost and rates are calculated at checkout.
Free pick up is also available from our Milton (2538) shop in NSW.

Returns
Please choose carefully when placing your order as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All of our products are handcrafted/hand finished. Therefore there may be variations in colour, texture, shape and some imperfections. We truly believe these add character to each piece and what make them unique.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you wish to return your order, please send us a message at hello@tokaceramics.com.au within 2 days of receipt of your order. We may ask you to take some photos of the item/s prior to processing returns.
