Packaging
We are environmental conscious business and it is close to our heart to protect our planet. We use recycled and/or recyclable packaging wherever possible from recyclable kraft paper tape to biodegradable void fill. We also reuse 100% of our supplier's original packaging and materials. That is why when you receive goods from us, you will notice other company's labels and stickers on the box. You might even receive your plate wrapped in old Japanese newspapers!

Shipping
All in stock orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of payment. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current postal network conditions.

Orders sent to Western Australia and regional or remote areas may take longer than standard delivery timeframes due to distance and service coverage.

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping provider.

Domestic
$15 standard flat rate and orders over $250 will receive free shipping Australia wide.
Express post is available via Auspost and rates are calculated at checkout.
Free pick up is also available from our Milton (2538) shop in NSW.

International

International orders are available via Australia Post, with shipping rates calculated at checkout.

At this time, we are pausing orders to the United States due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and tariff requirements, which may affect delivery and costs for our customers. We will resume shipping to the U.S. once the situation becomes clearer.
